Medium Square Bag - Chajul Birds ***SOLD****

This bag was made by the Mayans, recycled out of the beautiful hand-woven and embroidered traditional clothing known as huipils. Each village has a unique style of embroidery. The bag comes with a tag explaining it's origin and the town that it's from. It's one-of-a-kind. When it's gone, it's gone. This one is from the town of Chajul, and features primitive birds.
There is a little staining near the bottom from its days as a garment. Size 12" x 10 3/4" not including fringe.
